Stock Management
Durasak takes the stress, effort and cost out of managing stock by overseeing and taking control of the ordering and storage of your products. We can provide stock usage reports so that you know when to re-order. We can agree minimum stock levels to ensure you don't run out or slow down your processing and production runs.
Ex-stock polythene supply can be delivered directly - usually within 48 hours.
We offer the use of our warehousing facility to hold your customised stock. Our warehouse is modern, clean and well-managed. We can despatch customer call offs from bulk orders for next day delivery. Alternatively, you can specify what date the delivery should be made. Simply take what you need, when you need it.

New Product Development
This service is available to customers who are exploring new ideas for protective products. To facilitate the process of new product development we facilitate the process from design through to manufacturing and final delivery. Our solutions will bring your ideas to fruition and is designed to be practical, protect the products and reduce costs, where ever possible. No matter how unique your idea is, we can guide you through the process and in most cases, provide samples to try before production.
Any initial questions you have will be answered, you will be encouraged to go to the first stage of development - a feasibility study to see if the idea is practical and workable without spending thousands of pounds on an expensive solution without testing it first.

We value engineer the products we create as needed by our clients. We will spend time at your facility understanding your processing needs and can recommend the minimum film thickness to ensure your processes run smoothly. We also continually evaluate manufacturing processes to focus on film improvement, better performance and to minimise waste. Everything you receive is designed to be fit for purpose, with no compromise on quality. We don’t believe in ‘down-gauging’, in fact our ethos is insistent on ‘Guaranteed Quality’ so we tend to over-specify rather than compromise by selecting a ‘too thin’ or under-gauge film – creating problems for the end-user. Through specialist consultation with the client we will ‘engineer’ a bespoke film to create a ‘fit for purpose’ item as needed by you.
